Transportation to all settlements with helicopter is from Tasiilaq Heliport. Payment: Cash or by credit card. Tickets can be bought at Neriussaq (the local bookstore) or via onlinebooking.
In the summer and autumn it is also possible to reach the settlements by the local vessel M/S Johanna Kristina. Royal Arctic Line
Boat Charter
The vessel Timik has a capacity for 12 persons. The boat holds a security clearance for tourist transport in Greenland. For chartering Timik contact Arctic Wonderland Tours.

To charter a smaller boat privately (or a dogsled in the spring) is always an option in Tasiilaq and all the settlements – The locals are extremely knowledgeable of how to travel in their own land, but safety is your own responsibility.
